Both PRO options are the same product on one site. Lifetime is paid once and never expires; monthly can be cancelled any time, and if it lapses the free plugin simply carries on — nothing is deleted.
Questions, answered
Is WhatsApp cart recovery really free?
Yes. WhatsApp reminders are part of the free plugin. The only requirement is a connected 6rsh account — connecting your WhatsApp number at 6rsh.com is free. Messages send through Meta-approved templates and count against your 6rsh plan's normal message quota. If you already use the 6rsh WooCommerce plugin, CartRevival reuses that connection automatically.
Will CartRevival slow my store down?
No. The always-loaded core is about 2 KB gzipped (2.2 KB measured), loads deferred, and reports through sendBeacon so it never blocks navigation. Exit intent, capture, push and tab alerts live in separate tiny modules that download only when their trigger fires — and a build-time size gate fails any release whose core exceeds 4 KB. A page view with an empty cart costs zero database writes.
How does the live monitor work with caching?
CartRevival never blocks a cached page. If your cache serves a stale security token, the script quietly fetches a fresh one and retries. The Live tab itself streams over Server-Sent Events where the host allows it and falls back to a five-second poll everywhere else.
What happens if I cancel PRO?
Nothing is lost and nothing is locked. You keep PRO until the end of the period you already paid for, and after that the free plugin simply carries on recovering carts by email and WhatsApp. Your carts, history and settings stay exactly where they are. A lifetime licence has nothing to cancel.
Is it GDPR compliant?
CartRevival registers with WordPress's personal-data exporter and eraser, includes a one-click unsubscribe link in every message, can mask or skip IP collection entirely, and can require explicit consent for phone capture. Nothing is deleted on uninstall unless you opt in.
Do I need an account or a licence key?
Not for the free plugin. Install it and it works — no registration, no key, no card, and it never contacts a licence server. A key is only needed for PRO, which is one site per licence: $99.99 once, or $6 a month.
